Do I need to be home?
Not for the work itself — we need access to water and any gated areas, and the rest runs without you. The assessment beforehand is where we walk it together, in person or by phone.
Is it safe for pets and plants?
Plants get pre-soaked and covered before anything is sprayed, and everything is neutralized and rinsed after — we don't leave residue in your soil. Keep pets inside while we're working and they're fine the same day.
How long will it take?
Depends on the property, so we don't guess: your written quote includes the time window for your job. Most residential work is a single visit.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
Some marks live in the material — deep oil, rust, etching — and no honest company promises to erase those. The assessment tells you which stains will lift and which will lighten, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Do you do windows too?
Yes — glass and windows get a dissolving solution and a spot-free rinse. No squeegee streaks, no water spots.

Soft washing, explained in one minute.
The black streaks on a roof and the green film on siding aren’t dirt — they’re living organisms: algae, mold, and mildew. Pressure alone shears the tops off and leaves the roots. It grows back, and the blasting takes paint, granules, and mortar with it.
Soft washing works the other way: low pressure, soap-based chemistry matched to the surface. It kills the growth at the root, then rinses clean. No etching, no stripped paint — and the clean holds up longer because nothing is left alive to grow back.

Our guarantee
If we cleaned it and didn’t get it right — a missed spot, bad prep, something we forgot — we come back and fix it. No charge, and no time limit on that.
What we can’t promise is to remove what isn’t dirt. Permanent staining, oxidation, rust pitting and etching are in the material itself, not on top of it. We’ll tell you which is which before we start, not after.
