The written report — how we document care
If it isn’t written down,it didn’t happen.
Every assessment ends in a written report: what we found on your property, what we’ll do about it, and written, fixed pricing — before you decide anything. The report is yours to keep, whoever you hire.

Point 12 is the part most companies skip: some marks are in the material — permanent staining, oxidation, rust pitting, etching. We tell you which is which before we start, not after. That honesty is the reason the report exists.

This is what one pass removes.
One photo, taken partway through a patio job. The concrete on one side of the line has been cleaned once. The other side is exactly how we found it. We take these mid-job shots because they show the difference without needing a before and an after.
AfterReal jobs, photographed honestly — no staging, no saturation tricks, no “enhance.” The numbers in each report match the photos from that job.
Straight cuts from the camera roll — real speed, real color, no music. The same honesty rule as the photos.
The assessment is free. The report is yours to keep. Whoever you hire.
Same business day — usually within the hour.
