03Pick a surface — the mix changes
Nobody should blast your whole house with the same setting.
Low pressure, never a wand. Mortar is porous — blasting opens it up, and a soft wash cleans it without doing that.

Stucco holds water, so the dwell and the rinse matter as much as the wash. Pressure etches lines into it and drives water behind the wall.
Low pressure · thorough rinse
Roof-safe soft wash, ridge to edge, one section at a time. The growth dies at the root — tile is rinsed at hose volume, shingle sheds with the weather.
Roof-safe · section by section
Wood siding gets a soft wash, never a pressure wash. It is the easiest surface on a property to damage permanently, and pressure tears the grain open.

Pre-treat the stains, then clean the whole surface evenly — no wand stripes, no zebra driveway.

Pure water and a soft brush. It carries no minerals, so the glass dries clear — no squeegee streaks, no water spots.

What we can’t promise is to remove what isn’t dirt. Permanent staining, oxidation, rust pitting and etching are in the material itself, not on top of it. We’ll tell you which is which before we start, not after.
